His lack of any outward show of emotions while they’re attempting life saving procedures on her seems a bit concerning.
And just my thoughts, but any time someone passes while in the presence of a convicted abuser, there should be a serious in-depth investigation done.
He could possibly only be guilty of being a negative influence, but that needs to be determined.
Motives should be looked into also. Does he have a life insurance policy out on her? Did she leave him anything in her will? Stuff like that.
He may be innocent in her death, and “innocent until proven guilty” but if she was a victim in any way, then there needs to be accountability for that.
