In the videos I watched recently Sir Attenborough used meters and centigrade. Thank God! But didn’t the UK switch to centigrade 60 years ago? For the non-medieval non-US part of the world: -20F° ~ -30°C, -30°F ~35°C. In Yakutsk temperatures go down as far as -80°C.
