Her parents called the police 11 times IN ONE YEAR!!! The police KNEW she was with him. If they had arrested him THE FIRST TIME 2nd time…3rd time…4th time…she would still be alive today. She went to Texas to DAVIDS PARENTS HOUSE FOR DAYS. They KNEW she was a REPORTED MISSING MINOR as they have a child the same age. If his parents had turned him in like they had a duty pf care to do being a citizen of the USA, Celeste woukd be alive today. Both the LAPD and HIS PARENTS need to be held accountable.
