During the preliminary hearing for accused Charlie Kirk killer Tyler Robinson, prosecutors played a graphic video they say captures the moment Kirk was gunned down at a TPUSA event. Although the judge admitted the footage into evidence, he ordered it not be shown publicly or broadcast by the media because of its graphic nature.

The defense atty is grasping at straws with these objections. Is she actually suggesting that the video of his death was tampered with in any way, to incriminate her client, Tyler Robinson unjustly?

This courtroom needs to be set up differently so that lawyers don’t need to guard their screens. What a nightmare this will be if they have to do this for every piece of evidence.
Everyone in America has seen that video multiple times. Yet they treat it with such contrived drama, as if it’s going to shock the world. It’s all theater, starting with the judge.
