the bottom line of what that poor man was trying to say without saying it is that people are unpredictable🤦♀which, in this case, who cares what happens to the defendant?
As per his likelihood to be violent in prison, I’m going to say no, he won’t be because there are no 7 year old little girls in prison.
Why TF did they bring this poor woman to the stand and make her air out her old memories/traumas that she probably just wants to forget!!? These defense attorneys… they’re just doing their jobs, but leave this woman alone!!

I’m honestly disgusted that Asperger’s is being used as some excuse for murder by the defence. Having Asperger’s does not suddenly make someone incapable of understanding right from wrong. There are countless people with Asperger’s who work full-time, drive, raise children, maintain marriages, and live normal independent lives without ever hurting anyone. Stop demonising people with Asperger’s by acting like it explains violence. Murder is a choice made by an individual, not caused by Asperger’s. th a wife and child…he is well and able…
This disgusting waste of oxygen committed horrific and inhumane acts of violence and death to beautiful little Athena! No amount of family past or trauma (everyone has struggles and problems!) and claiming mental or disability will fix his action! He got caught, the defence attorneys are NEVER going to sway any person let alone the jury!
