I’ve gone through those steps, and it’s still not accepting, telling me it has to be between 3 and 8 seconds. I’ve used 3, 6, 7.9, and 8 seconds, and still won’t accept it.

I was hoping you’re going to show us how to make the video so it doesn’t do that little glitch thing when it loops.
Totally fair bro, the loop glitch is the real beast with Canvas 😅 Pro tip: make sure your first and last frames are IDENTICAL — export the video, then in your editor take the first frame as a still and paste it at the end matched exactly. Also keep motion slow/steady at the start and end so cuts are invisible. Gonna make a follow-up video on this — stay tuned 🔥
