@Saxboyy92 What interview was that? I’d like to see it just because I find it hard to believe that he would display that type attitude and behavior. Also I’m thinking that what you posted just may have been taken out of context.

no band artist had ever blown me away like the Decemberists. I m really quite glad lots of people dont get them, I might doubt my judgement if they did. They re like aguilty pleasure and close secret. There will always be enough fans for them to get the aclaim and recognition they richly deserve. I literally swoon with pleasure and even envy at their recordings and as a 50 yr old muso songwriter that takes some doing these days. No one has made an impact like these. God bless you Mr Meloy !
