For the love of god, would people stop making that mistake? The 4th dimension is not time. Time is A dimension but not THE 4th dimension. The 4th Dimension is spatial. Time exists in 1D through 11D, and it is the same temporal scalar dimension. Not a spatial dimension.
For use 3D people Time is just a 4th dimesnion we partially esperience anda re bounded by. Gaining access to a 4th spatial dimension does not make use get access to going forward and backwards in Time. We do, however, get access to other timelines AKA parallel dimensions. You want to jump from this timeline to another, then you do so through the 4th dimension. but you don’t time travel.
