The restoration is great but this guy has no eye for interior design. The colors, the lighting, just awful.

I really enjoy watching your videos. Your cabin with the porches just looks so peaceful. ❤️ Keep cooking for your family and mother as long as you can. My mom passed two years ago and I miss her more and more every day. Hope you have a wonderful weekend and Mother’s Day.

When I was newly divorced I bought a 1895 federal. It was three stories and I paid $55,000 for it. All I could afford, as I was now working as a secretary somewhere. So on the weekends I would start on it. I remember my first project It was a terrible bathroom that I needed to put in a shower. I got Remodeling for Dummies! Twelve years later– just nickel and diming, I sold it. So I now had a retirement fund. I did a few more houses and the only thing I would have done differently, I would have hung on to the best. So now I’m tired, spent the last of my money and I’m living in a rehab that I will never finish. B that was my call. But I will say it is paid for and I’m not miserable I can walk around the debris– While I still can walk!🤔🤭 Sometimes I sort of feel as though I’m stealth camping. . .

SUCH A MISSED OPPORTUNITY passing on the center staircase, WOW. The center walk would’ve been SO beautiful.
