When Woody appears in Bonnie’s room, clouds are drawn on a blackboard behind him. These are the cloud pattern on the wallpaper in Andy’s room 😏
On a scene when bonnie met 3 online friends, the girl on the right side seems to be an easter egg for incredibles Violet.
For Lightyear, Pixar’s not “kind of” pretending it didn’t happen, they and Disney pretty much retconned/de-canonized Lightyear because of how poorly it went in disastrous proportions. It even got it’s own director and producer laid off to shamesville.
