EVERYONE has a choice in what they do.
These ladies just got caught, or weren’t very smart about their crimes.
Funny thing, people seem to always find “god” when behind them bars. Cuz there’s nothing else to “make believe” with there.
In the real world, more choices than you can fathom, and they chose the one that costs them their freedom.
Sucks. But that’s the consequences of just 1 choice.
Only 18 months ago that (as a non-American) I found out States still have the death penalty. I can’t get my head around that. It 2026. This movie really got to me.

I think the death penalty should be something they put in their food and they just go to sleep. There is no significance in seeing a person suffer while dying unless you are the same as them when they committed the crime. And if that is true then those of us should be strapped down also.
No way in hell I could work in a prison…especially women’s prison….I would end up in prison for the shear empathy and compassion for some of these women and the situations they were in at time of crime….life can flip its switch in an instant……ewffff then I get to the shitty meaningless horrible crimes…the baby and elderly couple bc of drugs and whatever others are to come…can’t justify that.

This movie is outstanding! Acting, writing and production were all brilliant!!
This was a movie that was hard to hit like on and watch. It showed how evil we can be to each other but didn’t show Jesus in the correct light. These denomination’s that claim to be of Jesus today are not talking on his behave with him in mind as he said to do. None of us are worthy and today it like a needle in a haystack, including myself. Read and follow the New Testaments word for word, it’s the last chance.

not criticizing any one or anything. Since church is part of most of the westerners, Church should play a key role. Rather than concentrating on conversion in other part of the world, Please play a key role in bringing reforms by pressing importance of family life, fighting against abuses, fighting against guns. that will bring immense changes to their community. look inward rather than spreading your religion. Play a constructive role in every Christian life and be part of a good cause.
here in the USA, prisons are profit making centers and not for rehabilitation sadly. whatever humanity left in the prisons, because of some of the good ones.
Just show’s America is not milk and honey..!!. it’s supposed to be perfect but no the country is full of mentally unstable people.

Wasn’t too bad, but unlike most of the other comments, I have zero pity for any of them, they made the decision to kill someone ,knowing the consequences. Even though some of them did suffer at the hands of others, and probably did deserve to die.
