I live in Philly, over 600 got shot, down from over 700, and 90% were black on black shooting’s and no witnesses, then a cop shoot’s anyone there are plenty of witnesses. Everyone knows the cops names. What’s wrong with this picture? Do black folks not care about each other? Is this a fair question?

That’s correct but it happens more often with Black people, I was almost assaulted after a car accident and the White driver wants to pull the “I am afraid of you card as an excuse to shoot me.” No, he was not a policeman, but he had the same spirit, I saw a clip of a White man with an assault rifle and the White police talked him down to the contrary a Blach child was gunned down with a toy gun with a red tip that distinguishes the toy from the real thing not to mention he was a child.
