Netflix Beats on Earnings, but Misses on the Forecast, Sending Shares Lower
David Joyce, Seaport Research Partners senior analyst, says Netflix’s full-year forecast reinforces that the company is still a growth stock, despite giving a forecast for the second quarter that fell short of analysts expectations. He speaks on “Bloomberg The Close.” Earnings per share for the quarter were $1.23 compared with estimates of 76 cents.
