Caren Myers Morrison, a professor of law at Georgia State University, told Reuters that ICE agents “can be prosecuted either in state court or in federal court,” either by a local district attorney’s office or by the U.S. attorney’s office, following a U.S. Immigration agent’s fatal shooting of a 37-year-old mother of three in Minneapolis on January 7.

Supremacy clause. They have no jurisdiction. This is the same lesbian Hennepin County Attorney who did not prosecute a State employee for causing $20K in damages to Tesla vehicles! Gov. Walz did not even fire him! He got a one day suspension. That is it!?!? Outrageous justice!
