Today, we’re exploring some of the most controversial and risky aesthetic procedures gaining popularity, from permanent lip lifts to extreme rib removal. These trends promise dramatic transformations but often come with serious consequences. Among the procedures discussed are buccal fat removal, deep plane facelifts, fox eye lifts, and the 360 tummy tuck. We also highlight the dangers and irreversible effects many of these surgeries carry, as well as their links to current social media beauty standards. This is hell, we’re in hell. Let people look human, half these surgeries “fix” an “issue” that it used to be trendy to have. “remove the fat in your face to slim it and then add it again when you start to look old!” why the hell is this a norm for famous people that’s imposed on them? Get plastic surgery if you want, but when it becomes expected that everyone should look a certain way, leave it alone.

Finally somebody says how buccal fat removal makes you look worse! At best it ages you, at worst it ages you and makes you look like a skeleton!

The only 2 things I did were laser eye surgery (my myopia was over 12, I was using literally bottle bottom glasses!) and reductive breast surgery (I was 40 cup, and my back is still curved a bit because of that!). I would love to have my undereye bags removed, but that’s about it. I’m afraid of scalpels as is
