The Trump administration pushed for an unusually aggressive search of Rep. Ilhan Omar’s house in recent days in an immigration fraud probe that targets the congresswoman, possible false statements made on government documents, and a potential conspiracy, according to multiple people familiar with the investigation.

Prosecutors, however, first had to contend with a federal magistrate judge, in a prolonged back-and-forth that hasn’t previously been reported. Judge Matthew Sharbaugh of the DC District Court ultimately limited how the Justice Department could access Omar’s documents in Monday’s search, before he would approve the warrant, because of her role as a member of Congress and the Constitutional protections that affords, multiple people familiar with the investigation told CNN.

No one is above the law. If there is a fraud, it must be investigated thoroughly. Don’t let the corrupt judges stall the investigation.

Again. Every time a Democrat does wrong they deflect. They are such sick narcissists that they can’t own up or ever be held accountable. They throw tantrums when they do wrong and you catch them.

_”No one is above the law”_ …Ilhan’s words.
I can’t wait to see this *DEMONIC* *_thief_* denaturalized and then eventually deported. Thank you Trump for finishing the investigation which *the Biden administration started.*

Sad when there are lawyers working this hard to protect the bad guy. Then again it’s their job in guess. If she had an ounce of integrity, she would step down.

I have a question: Why does the media talk about Ilhan Omar but not about Elon Musk—given that both of them acquired U.S. citizenship—especially since former President Donald Trump has claimed that Elon Musk obtained his citizenship illegally??????

Abby tries so hard to have something to say, but she just doesnt add anything. She interrupted the gues as she was answering the question to give a non answer. Pathetic

The only way they are allowed to deepen their investigation is if any suspected espionage has occurred. It looks like the rubicon was crossed, and now any news agency that protects her is going to be in deep 💩 for protecting her👍.
I have a feeling that these dummies are about to step into a trap… a very well planned trap…😂
They won’t be able to control the hair and makeup department from a jail cell😂

Biden? It was Trump in 2019 and it wasn’t an investigation, it was deep dive to FIND wrongdoing. Which was not found.

That a useful law. Cuz. Just seem to lotta people, DOJ can just ring doorbell and TAKE and use anything in your possession against you, and it already quite clear, DOJ targeting Omar, cuz she black, from Sudan, and she won’t keep her mouth shut, when people, who think they powerful, mentally command her to. I like this ‘filter law.’ Nice to know about.
