Hey Loui, I don’t know if you will read this or react to it but, just for you to understand a little bit more about onions. When you cook onion it softens the onions being cooked. It makes the onion sweater to a point wehere it caramelizes them and makes them waaay more enjoyable to eat. Long story short, the onion looses the strong tasting aroma that a lot of people don’t like about onions. A good example of that taste is, when you bit the whole onion in the video you did with Alan. So just dont ever be afraid of onion amiga. Be brave to open your pallet to some new fresh tastes.
Ps. Honey if you ever want to cook onion do not cook it on high temps cuz it cooks quickly and it will burn.

For the oysters it all depends on where you are eating it at. Cause when I was at a beach my mom got oysters from a guy who was selling them. Put lemon and I think something else don’t really remember much. It was good I like it cause you are supposed to swallow it not chew it as it was from my family who know how to eat the oysters
