Former “American Idol” contestant Caleb Flynn is set to face trial in Ohio over the alleged murder of his wife, Ashley Flynn. Flynn has pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, tampering with evidence and witness intimidation after Ashley was found shot to death inside their Tipp City home in February. Prosecutors allege Flynn staged the scene to look like a home invasion and initially told police an intruder had shot his wife.

OMG those prosecutors need to learn how to talk with some passion and _emphasis_ . The content and words were great, but that delivery could have put me to sleep.
What a waste. Theyre lucky the evidence is overwhelming in this case.

As someone who has a degree in criminal justice, I do not understand how he was found guilty when there was absolutely no concrete evidence pointing him to the murders, other than the text messages, there was no physical evidence. No gunshot residue, no gun, and all the tools that were tested came up negative. I do not think he did this. I think that the mistress is the one that had this done and she needs to be held accountable.But this is my personal opinion.
Why didn’t his lawyer bring all this up then ?
Did he do a polygraph?…. Why wasn’t this brought up if he passed it ?.

Calebs attorneys closing argument is a joke. She lost her phone and laptop is because he was having someone kill her that weekend. Bc their talk changed after that weekend. The jury did their job great!
