During the first day of her testimony, Alleigha Botner, Caleb Flynn’s mistress, detailed their relationship, acknowledging that she knew Flynn was married when their relationship turned sexual in March 2024. Botner testified that their relationship continued for more than a year. Prosecutors say Botner, who testified that she once loved Flynn but now hates him, provided a motive for the former “American Idol” contestant and pastor to allegedly kill his wife, Ashley Flynn, in February 2026.
