i understand fully.. as yall saw mine came totally different… the two people that i said give me there order name and i will go to them on there behalf to the compnay .. get them to pull the order by name and then ask them why was this the case… never even now.. got back to me. i send the message twice and not one of them responded with simply giving me there order name so i can attempt to help get the right results. i dont work for the company but have talked to the owner and two heads at
