Linda Evangelista revealed that she filed a lawsuit against a cosmetic surgery company after allegedly being left “brutally disfigured” and deeply depressed.
“To my followers who have wondered why I have not been working while my peers’ careers have been thriving, the reason is that I was brutally disfigured by Zeltiq’s CoolSculpting procedure which did the opposite of what it promised,” the 56-year-old supermodel wrote in a statement posted to Instagram Wednesday.

Evangelista and other supermodels are part of the problem, driving the majority of plain looking women and men into bouts of self doubt and self loathing. At some point, you have to be strong enough to say that prancing around in lingerie or underwear does not contribute positively to society.
I’m glad she warned us. I remember seeing those ads for cool sculpting at my dermatologist and considering it for stubborn fat that wouldn’t go away with diet or exercise. But now. Never.
It appears she grew older, gained weight and was looking for the easy way out of the situation like most people do. A healthy diet and exercise would have been the better option.
Ms. Evangelista had an accident in a beauty-parlor where she was disfigured. Don’t forget that every week there are people who are even dismembered in car-accidents. Be happy that you still have all limbs and functions.
I hope that she does not get a penny! She is not disfigured and cannot erase time. She did this procedure multiple times. No respect for her. She did not get these masses all over her whole body!
