1. Not guilty
2. Not guilty by insanity
3. Guilty 1st degree
4. Guilty 2nd degree
5. Manslaughter
@enquiringmindswannaknowwell should she have, from the start. I know it becomes complicated and drags things out and maybe it harms the case, just leave it up to jurors. But then Im leaning but unsure- guilty due to insanity and its a lesser charge. But I would not say innocent. I may just say guilty if you havent given me anything on insanity.
@enquiringmindswannaknowI was the foreman on a jury once it wasnt this but even though it was nickel and dime b.s I was show enough evidence to say guilty. i still felt kind of sorry for the moron. But it is what it is.
