    If they’re getting rid of recess to maximize learning, then maybe they should get rid of sleeping. Then they could really maximize learning.

    FYI, don’t know if it’s 100% true. I heard that the Japanese kids are taught to hatch an egg and raise the chicken to adulthood, then eat it. 👀

    I don’t understand why at least elementary/middle schools ever let cell phones into schools, in the first place, FFS. SMH…..

    Too bad Dr. Winthrop didn’t have a WWE career – she could have been EdSec……../s. Thank you for this – very interesting and informative (to an engineer!). (That is supposed to be a compliment. hahah).
