Andrew and Debbie join Francisco Lopez Penela, one of Spain’s greatest game bird hunters, on a hunt for red-legged partridge. The red-legged partridge are indigenous to Spain and France, where the most-walked Camino trail begins. Bagging these birds is still quite challenging as the red-legged partridge is considered one of the best game birds due to its fast and erratic flight. Their hunt a success, they return to the Lopez family farm to make a stew from their catch.
