The first jury got it correct. She 💯 killed her husband. No person would disarm their alarm without knowing the source of its activation.
Two things stood out:
The investigators did not search the overnight bag which was a crucial error and,
a neighbor heard a car leave the scene. The car theory was confirmed by the mark on the ground. These are the key factors that determined the outcome.
Why would a parent sleep in their kids room it would be the other way around. Killers always conveniently happens to be no where near the crime.
She got away with it
I definitely saw this on Snapped. Her lawyers did a good job on that appeal

SMH, she got away with murder because he cheated on her?!?! Get a DIVORCE! I hope he’s on her side of the bed every night and terrorizes her for the rest of her life
