Being 5’1″ 195lbs n overweight my entire life, i stayed big due to very early neglect from my toxic mother n older siblings, shadowing my entire life. I wasn’t worthy. I got healed from it mostly but when your inner frame is weak it is a monumental task to redeem your low self esteem. I still struggle in my 60s. Each time if i lost I’d backtrack because a voice would say You dont deserve goodness or happiness….. i did therapy, am a pragmatic, self empowered person in most things, but such early destruction kiboshed my confidence. I was 3yo n wanted to suicide after mother did sonething unbelievable to me, knowingly. It’s very hard.
