I like CC as a player but she does whine to the refs a lot. That being said, that was clearly accidental and certainly not worthy of a tech. The ref thought about it and then decided to give her a tech. Not a good look.
The ref needs to learn her place. Your job as a ref is to GTFO of the way of the game Caitlin is playing.
