Just because she didn’t talk about the killings, doesn’t mean she didn’t have remorse. How awkward and uncomfortable to sit with a life long friend and talk about killing your children. Why wouldn’t the DA ask what they talked about?

Most medications have side effects. It’s a trade-off. You have to decide if whatever your needing the meds for, is more troublesome than the side effects of the medication.

I personally am extremely sensitive to most medications, especially SSRIs and tricyclic antidepressants. I think I’ve tried every class of antidepressants you can.

Ironically enough the amitriptyline and nortriptyline doctors prescribed for my nerve damage/pain, both medications produced visual and auditory hallucinations for me. The nortriptyline was the worst one for me. I did hear a dude’s voice talking to me, but I don’t remember what it was saying. It was extremely bizarre. I didn’t stay on either one very long because of this. I’m almost positive my doctors at the time told me this wasn’t an uncommon thing on the older tricyclic antidepressants

The only one I could tolerate was the mirtazaprine. But the weight gain was not fun. I had to stop it because of this.

You just never know what meds are going to give you side effects or not. And doctors certainly don’t know either. That’s why they try many different ones, until they find what works for each patient.

I think the defense trying to say Lindsay was on this extraordinary amount of medication is disingenuous. If one peeked into my hall closet right now, they would be flabbergasted at how many prescriptions are in there with only a handful of pills taken out of each one.
