He governs alongside various communist parties and displays cynical, erratic behavior that raises doubts about his mental health. What is happening in Spain could not occur in any other European country. It is a dire situation, as the stage is being set for electoral fraud through the artificial inflation of the electoral roll—granting Spanish citizenship to the American descendants of Spaniards (amounting to up to 2.5 million applications) and allowing legalized immigrants (the exact number is unknown, though there are around 900,000 applications) to vote in municipal and regional elections.
