Lindsay Clancy is accused of killing her three young children, Cora, Dawson and Callan, inside the family’s Duxbury, Massachusetts, home in January 2023. Her defense does not dispute that she killed the children but argues that she was not criminally responsible because she was suffering from postpartum psychosis. Prosecutors contend her actions were planned and deliberate.

I agree with the Defence – she has admitted killing these children. There is no need to go over and over every detail of their deaths. The focus should be on her mental health and whether she is criminally responsible. Rehashing their deaths is goulish and not in dispute.

I don’t. She might not remember what she did! I’m glad she had to listen to Patrick’s 911 call, hear the clothes & tubes on kids(tubes strength matched kids age!!!) if cops/firemen/paramedics had to experience it (& some were seriously traumatized) for what they saw/did-then imo she should hear & experience it.
Drs/Lindsay can care abt her frame of mind.
Just think the male voice told her to do it and she did but remember she had something like a psychotic episode! or something.
I’m glad she has to sit in court and go everyday & listen. Imo too easy to just take care of her “mental health”. 3 kids are gone! Forever! Let her experience what Patrick did.
Remember what a witness said Patrick said-she f ing k ill ed them.

They’re doing it because the jury needs to know the details-as horrific as they are- to make the correct decision. It’s also an obvious emotional tactic for the commonwealth’s side. If I were on the jury, those awful moments would be the moments I’d pay close attention to how Lindsay Clancy reacts to hearing all of it.

I’m glad she had to listen to Patrick’s 911 call & glad she has to hear every single thing since she might not remember or know the extent of her actions. Also even if she wasn’t looking they describe the clothes & bands she used! (She used the bands according to strength of band & age!!!) Every single cop/fireman/paramedic had to experience it and I read some were severely traumatized so hopefully she’s experiencing their experience. (Again)

I’m not sure that’s he’s allowed in since he was called as a witness. I know he definitely isn’t before his testimony and don’t think he can after either in case he’s called again for further questioning

What pisses me off is that when adults die in horrific ways. Officers NEVER shed a tear. It doesn’t matter if a mass shooting happens. They are totally stoic..

But if a child dies, they cannot keep their composure. I have nothing against children but I wish officers would be more consistent! I’ve seen some really ugly stuff in body cams and in trials and officers are just like another day in the office..

That’s why victims of crime feel like law enforcement are not personally invested in them..
