I want to be with you on this but it was the frosting that killed it for me. I don’t know, something happens to me if I try to eat anything that’s super sweet…. I instantly get lock jaw and I can’t do it. This looks like it would send me over the edge for sure – way way too sweet!

Is there something plain you could use instead, like maybe make it way thinner (not so much peanut butter) and then maybe top it with like a shortbread cookie and then drizzle it with just a tiny bit of melted dark chocolate? Sorta/kinda like a Twix, only with peanut butter instead of caramel.

Also consider using a slightly constituted powdered peanut butter instead of an oily version, maybe that would make it less sweet but yet still provide the peanuty flavor.
