None of us are good, our righteousness is as filthy rags to God and no amount of good works will allow anyone into heaven. Only the belief on Jesus, that He died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the 3rday; once you believe, you’ll be given His righteousness, have made peace with God and given the free gift of eternal life.

Isa 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

Romans 3:10-12;23-26

10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

God wants all to change their minds, that is what repent means; therefore change your mind from unbelief to belief on Jesus and God wants all to come to the saving knowledge of truth.

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

1 Timothy 2:3-4 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

Knowledge of the truth

Acts 16:30-31 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved

31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
