Security footage shows ICE agents stopping the car carrying the 26-year-old Colombian man who was killed by a federal agent in Biddeford, Maine. The Department of Homeland Security said an ICE officer opened fire “fearing for public safety” as the victim “attempted to flee the scene” in a vehicle.

People see a video of a runaway car after the incident happened and hear stories from people that saw what happened after they heard shots and went to the window to look and put it in their head that they actually know what led up to this. A witness that actually saw it happen said he was trying to run an ICE agent over when he was shot.

That ice agent is keeping pace with the car at a slow jog… so he was supposedly “fleeing” at 5 miles an hour? Looks more like he was trying to get out of the intersection and pull over for them, but as soon as the car faced the agents they just started shooting. Some witnesses even claim Juan said himself he was trying to pull over for them. Interesting how ice agents seem to have a habit of jumping in front of very slow moving cars then claim their lives are in danger.

This should be an instructional video on what law enforcement should not do: shoot at a moving vehicle because people can no longer control the vehicle once they’re dead, and becomes a uncontrollable 1 + ton weapon at that point.
