As someone who really never found Miranda funny but kinda liked watching her during her daily vlogging during COVID lockdowns and her twin pregnancy/NICU journey, my jaw is on the floor. I’m not gonna lie, I thought maybe some things were blown out of proportion, maybe her humor just was taken out of context, etc.

She really tried, (and honestly succeeded with people like me) to wipe the slate clean and start over once she married Erik, and just seem like a regular influencer/vlogger. I cannot BELIEVE the sheer amount of clear sexual, pedo, disgusting content she has pushed at kids. I always just thought she was a little edgy and believed what she said about it just being pg13 and then parents can just decide what they want their kids to consume. Uh, no. Your video CLEARLY shows it is literally geared towards either pedos or children. This is so abhorrent. Thank you for this, I usually ignore Colleen critique videos, but for some reason I felt like clicking on this one and wow, I’m glad I did.
I think it’s clear her whole family is pretty sketchy now. I’ve held the belief for awhile that the type of crazy sheltering her parents exhibited in their childhood really can repress the children and make them look for any way they can to express sexuality/become obsessed with the idea. I’m actually a strong Christian that was raised slightly sheltered but not to this intense degree, but have seen time and time again this is so misguided and can wreck your children’s sex lives. Thankfully my husband was not raised that way and we’re going to be open about it with our children. I think those issues that Colleen has could really stem from her upbringing, but it’s obviously not an excuse, just a possible catalyst. And doesn’t explain all her other terrible behavior/narcissism, etc., just a component I don’t hear brought up when it comes to Colleen.
