Prosecutors say Jennings was stabbed multiple times and nearly decapitated, while evidence recovered from Apodaca’s phone allegedly includes messages detailing plans to kill her and dispose of evidence after the murder.

I saw many comments about her clothing, not being professional, but in her defense, I’m sure she didn’t realize they were going to make her pull her blazer to the side and demonstrate where the cuts were because the DNA expert was dressed exactly the same as her. What an idiot the defense lawyer is when he says “I can’t differentiate if it’s background noise on his side or his mother’s” well you Mr Dimwitty then why would the jury think it’s in a jail? No they rise for the judge.
@TheLyndz They rise for the judge and the jury. The judge is not legally bound to stand for the jury. Most do just out of good faith of the court though.
