Tyler Robinson was in a Utah courtroom for a preliminary hearing to review evidence in the Charlie Kirk assassination case against him. We heard from several authorities involved in the investigation. Some of the evidence presented included bullet fragments, surveillance video, and text messages between Robinson and his lover where he allegedly confessed to the killing. Robinson is facing several charges, which include aggravated murder, and he faces the death penalty if convicted.

I have watched Court TV for over 20 years!
But, this is the first time I’ve been turned off by your show.
I watched every moment of everydays trial.
I waited threw the boring stuff of how things were done.
Or the history or expertise of a witness.
Then I watched Court TV brag on how much evidence there was, till I wanted to puke!
Guilty before innocent has never been the Court TV way.
But, you guys were condeming Mr. Roberson from the start.
And just where is all this evidence?
This is what I heard with my own ears!
The DNA, the FBI did it in there lab using technology deemed inatmissable in 2021.
They owned up to that fact! And said it’s possible it’s Tylors DNA! POSSABLE!
if your a father and have to test your DNA, you send it to a DNA lab. If it comes back 99.9. Your daddy!!! Simple!
But that was not done with Tylor. Only a POSSIBILITY!
NOT PROOF!
BULLET
only fragments, no DNA tested. It should have Charlies blood on it.
And it was possible it came from a list of 20 other bullets from 20 other gun types.
But a possibility it came from Tylors gun. POSSIBLY!!
Pictures!
CAN””. Any of you look at all those blurry pictures and say for sure that’s Tylor, it’s a matter of life and death for him.
CAN!! YOU SAY, YES! That’s HIM?
Or that it’s POSSIBLE it’s him?
The shot and line of sight!
Let’s just get rid of him on top of the building right now!
No possible way, you cannot see Charlie from that angle!
There is a video of a guy who said he was close and the shot came from the left of him, ” before Charlie’s people grabbed him and pulled him away from the reporter.
I’m sure, that one will be shown in court.
The gun!
Why wasn’t the gun shown?
Instead, let’s talk an hour on his finger prints that was a POSSIBLE!!!! Match!
Possible because it could have been 4 to 7 different smudges on the gun and screwdriver!
That word, A POSSIBILITY It’s Taylor’s.
So!
After watching the FBI REHEARSED video, and finding out the defense has a second police interview that the prosecutor didn’t want us to see. I’ll wait for trial!
I watched day after day for any reliable evidence, something positive to say, hay he did it!
But every bit of evidence, was a maybe it was him.
It’s possible that the bullet matched.
There is a possibility it’s his finger prints.
Pictures are blurry, but it could be him!
It left me for the first time watching court tv, confused!

this guy on no real evidence at all
I’ve been on a grand jury, trust me it does not take much.
But, dang ! You need at least one piece of evidence that says that’s real evidence send it to trial!
But, I saw nothing but, POSSIBLE, POSSIBILITY, OR MAYBE HE DID IT!

Charlie Kirk, deserves his killer sent to prison.
But, ask yourself, how would he feel if the wrong one was killed.
And the real person/persons got a way with it?
Charlie can never rest in peace till the truth is out.
At trial,
if Taylor is proven guilty. I will sleep better as well!
But, give the benefit of doubt.
Charlie, deserves that from all of us to get it right.
We have to stand with Charlie as we wait for the truth to come out.
Out of 2000 people, we just need one picture!
Just one! For Tyler to be innocent or guilty!
So he didn’t think he should find out who the man with a badge dressed in civilian clothes was????
