Black holes can do some super weird stuff. Some of them could have something called ‘hair,’ others might ‘sing,’ and a few might even reshape entire galaxies.

It’s sad that a lot of this is THEORETICAL 🙁 I just wish we could know all that we don’t or haven’t found out yet about black holes all at once. It’s sad that it’s probably gonna take a century of human study to know everything. We need to know in our lifetimes

theoretical in science means proven and observed, meaning other physicists or astronomers have used different data and concluded the same results therefore it’s a theory. Hypotheses is an proposal for a potential practical explanation of a phenomena that is yet to be proven. So be careful when using the word “theory” or “theoretical”

Does an amoeba 🦠 need to know how fast the earth spins? No. The same can be said about our knowledge of the universe. Uni means one, so what is the man saying about universes? There IS no such thing, unless you are speaking in modalities, where one small universe, for the amoeba 🦠, intersects with the next size up, and their interplay. Your sadness stems from your lack of understanding. Get data, observe it, mull it over, then follow the truth, wherever it leads. Contentment will follow. Shalom alechem, peace 🕊️ to you.

Here’s my theory, our universe has ALWAYS BEEN, it was NEVER BORN. Space 🌌 is infinite, time is eternal. There’s always been a ‘before that,’ and will always be an ‘after that,’ limitless distance in every POSSIBLE direction. Everything has interacted with everything eternally and will eternally continue doing so, if only amongst its parts. Black holes are magnetospheres developed by congruent gravities over time. Their shapes are determined by the interdevelopments of the fusions of which they compose. All are unique, all are fascinating.

I admit I’ve been thinking the same thing, that our universe is a black hole, and that the spin has prevented us from collapsing into a singularity.

My theory is that there was a big bang and it is everything a black hole has swallowed and then spewed out the other side and all that matter eventually becomes another universe in a different time and dimension which would mean multiple universes. I believe black holes and multiple universes may be directly related to dark matter and dark energy@ro4eva

I feel like scientists just come up with more theoretical jargon just to sell more content to Discovery or to make more money to sell books.

If an entire Universe can fit inside of a Black Hole and a Black Hole can be as small as the width of a hair, then that’s a very trippy thought!
