Kelsey is so beautiful and a wonderful person who was simply going thru a very normal and very natural medical issue following the birth of her child. Had she been around people who were caring and understanding instead of narcissistic scum (including her own friends) she would not have been so violated!

I watched the video of the emergency response after she was shot. I don’t think they acted fast at the beginning. Well, unless you count the weak fool of a fiancé as he ran stumbling out of the house with his sister and the stolen baby, as if he was robbing the house. Ironic coz he went back later to rob her twice! I think they were hoping she’d die before she got to tell her story. I also think they chose not to have counseling there and intentionally went for the most upsetting way to deliver a break up, protection order, custody order, dog snatching, gun removal and general ruining of her life as she knew it. I think they all helped the fiancée because he got the good old boys on his side. I’m so disgusted with the Boston PD with this case and the Karen Read case. They need a huge shake up.

When does a child get zapped away like that without an investigation and a court appearance? Without any proof that harm or crimes have been committed? Why would one parent be able to get custody in such a rapid fire way without even evidence they’ve separated? This is nuts!

This is the first time I’ve watched Kelsey’s testimony, I’ve seen Noonans, I know she was acquitted I saw the end of the closing arguments and the Judges verdict. Seeing this, she is 100% more believable than Noonan. I’ve been in a similar position once, when my wife of 15 years in the beginning at 3 years into the marriage I drove my wife and our two young boys to the airport, so they could go to her parents in another province. I was so staying behind to load my van with out things and I was then going to drive there. When I called to make sure they got there safe my wife told me not to come, that she wanted a divorce. In those first moments after that call I felt exactly like Kelsey, that I had lost everything that meant anything to me, and i wanted to do what she wanted to do. I didn’t own a gun, so I had a lot more time to think, and eventually realized what that would do to my kids and my parents, and that I still had people that loved me and needed me. She seems very genuine to me while she was describing what she felt in that moment.
