A 10-year-old boy in Missouri has been charged with first-degree murder after police say he shot and killed 7-month-old Kiyomi Parker in the head. The victim’s father, Ca’Marion Pawnell, was also arrested. Investigators believe the boy used Pawnell’s gun to shoot the baby girl. CourtTV’s Vinnie Politan Investigates.

I still remember how horrible it was. I live in eastern PA, but not close to the incident. It was a huge story. Tragic.

Zero supervision, exposure to violence in the home/community/media/games etc. Without healthy boundaries and teaching a respect for life taking equipment they will rarely be responsible for their actions so young
