The death of notorious drug lord Nemesio Oseguera, known as “El Mencho,” is a blow to the Jalisco New Generation Cartel and a victory for Mexico’s government, but does not spell the end of the organization. That’s according to security expert Erubiel Tirado, who spoke to Reuters about the possible aftermath of the operation.
