Great closing! The motive was murder for hire based on custody battle as nobody knew about any sex abuse until 2 weeks after the murder! This sadistic killer is lying bad in this trial! I agree that Hughes’s own testimony helped the Prosecutor prove the crime of murder because Hughes’s testimony clearly showed that he had malice aforethought, the critical element in that charge….
