Prince Harry is making his case against Mirror Group Newspapers.
On Tuesday, the Duke of Sussex stepped out at the High Court of the Royal Courts of Justice in London to testify against Mirror Group Newspapers (MGN) over alleged unlawful information gathering. Prince Harry, 38, launched the claim in 2019, alleging that his phone voicemails were hacked. MGN is the publisher of the Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror, Daily Express and more.

He may “feel” & “think” that he was hacked but he needs to provide actual proof. The objective truth doesn’t care about someone’s subjective feelings. If he can prove MGN hacked him then fair play for taking them to court BUT he needs to prove it & there doesn’t seem to be much evidence provided thus far

In Prospect magazine. In the article “Prince Harry vs. the Press” the journalist discusses evidence he was supposed to destroy. But he says that he kept a copy of his palm pilot. That sounds like proof to me!
So the JUDGE has dropped Harry’s hacking case & that part of the case isn’t being taken forward to a trial. I wasn’t hating on Harry, I simply pointed to the profound lack of evidence. Looks like the judge agreed with me!
He invaded so many people privacy, but he complains when others are doing the same to him
