1. Oh this sweet young man🥹 it’s interesting how they keep saying that they just want it to stop, yet they are the ones on tv talking about it. We haven’t heard from Kate in years with the exception of one statement. They forget that Jon left. He left to party and left Kate alone. And ya know how you stop the media frenzy, you stop being on tv and accepting interview requests. Its that easy. It’s all just so sad.

   1. No Kate was abusing him daily on tv, He left for his sanity, then the media portraited him as bad guy when we all saw him get abused every day.

2. If they won’t take him because his mother threw him into an institution as a kid because she just didn’t want to deal with him is messed up. I hope they take him back.

4. I’m willing to bet money Collin is leaving out some details about the Marines letting him go. Either way, Kate and Jon were both awful parents. Any problems he or his siblings may have, they definitely contributed heavily to them.

   1. Jon isn’t an awful parent he fought the court for years to get his and Kate’s children off TV after Kate divorced him.

5. His mother is crazy. Poor kid.

6. Anyone who watched the show, even just a little, completely saw Kate was the problem. It is heartbreaking how far her control and manipulation has affected Colin’s present and future.

7. Omfg to have had been so close to that parade deck, to have made it through SO MUCH OF BOOTCAMP, is HORRIFIC. She absolutely ruined his life. So close to the crucible, so close to the end, he’s way better of a person than I am because omfg 🤬

8. So the derogatory term shouldn’t be Karen at this point it should be Kate

9. This young man’s problem is ,,he is his father’s son ,,,,,,she (mother) has a problem called self centered full of hate person

13. I never liked his mom or his dad for using their kids for monetary gain but that said at least his dad is trying to change and or has changed. I wish Colin well. And I hope he can see the rest of his son siblings soon.

14. The kid is very mature for his age, very respectful and is well spoken. Hard to believe he was institutionalized. He’s more normal than a majority of teens these days

I loved jon and kate plus 8 growing up. it’s sad that collin’s siblings and mom are still estranged from him because of what he did as a child. people grow up and mature, and it sounds like collin is a very smart, kind young man despite what his mother put him through. they really should try and get to know him now that he’s older and maybe try to reconcile their relationship. stop holding on to the past!! my heart breaks for both collin and hannah. i hope one day they can reconnect with their siblings.
