One thing people get wrong about rap is that people cant rap anymore. Thats been said every generation by the previous generation. But if u think about it the cream always rises. You might not like all styles of rap but the ones that last usually last cause they actually have talent. To last u either have to have real talent or be superb business person. Von can actually rap which is how he became a star. All the drama just adds to the appeal but its the talent that carries. The rest become one hit wonders or two hit wonders. Most people my age hated on Yachty when he came around with 21, Trippie, Ugly God, and the rest of the Shawt Bus Shawtys but him and 21 could put songs together and Yachty can rap so they lasted. I guess my point is its never as bad as it seems. The talent balances out in the end.
