Peanut the squirrel, an internet sensation that sparked an animal sanctuary in Pine City, N.Y., was euthanized after being seized from his home along with a raccoon, a statement from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation confirms. WETM’s Nick Dubina talked with Peanut’s owner.

The judge who signed the warrant on down needs to go get real jobs to find out what real life is all about go do a job that contributes to society instead of taking
For anyone trying to interject politics into this tragedy and saying those evil dems are at fault some facts:
Chemung County Legislature includes 13 Republicans and 2 Democrats. Chemung County is a part of the 23rd congressional district, represented by Republican Nick Langworthy. Guess which county p’nut and fred were in? Anyways political affiliation aside, P’nut deserves better as did his loving owner.
Did the Democrats call and SWAT teams knock your door down terrorize everybody were you live. Did they handcuff you. Read you your rights, but not the squirrel.
