The seatbelt thing happened to my daughter too. She was young, maybe 6. She was squirming and twisting a lot in her seat. She had even twisted upside down and then back up again. The seatbelt had locked up and was wrapped around her neck so I pulled over and cut the seatbelt.
I was stuck under my bed once and my dad had to ger me out.
