Summer of 1976, the body of 16-year-old Carol Sue Klaber is found in a roadside ditch in Walton, Kentucky. She has been beaten, sexually assaulted, and strangled. Fast forward to 2022, cutting-edge DNA science is employed to finally name the killer over 40 years later.
Now in its fourth season, Bloodline Detectives is the leading true crime series that explores how police departments harness genetic genealogy to solve crimes that were once considered “unsolvable,” bringing long-awaited answers to victims’ families.
