Most probably that person was Billy Shears/William Shepperd Campbell, the person who replaced the real Paul McCartney in the Beatles from 1967-1970. He continues playing Paul McCartney until now.
The intro of the video is very long. It dabbles a lot to the info beatles fans already know.
