I think this is my first time listening to this and it is so beautiful. He probably doesn’t remember me but I am the lady that checked him in at lamplighter south in springfield, mo for winter jam one year and I didn’t know who he was, but accidentally mispronounced his name. He told me to look him up on youtube and I couldn’t afford tickets that year (and it was the only time I went because randomly God provided a free ticket and a ride), but hopefully now that I am giving my finances to God and becoming debt free I will get to go back someday. But anyways, I was so excited that I forgot to look him up on youtube. I came across his video years ago “known” , after my divorce, which was a heartbreaking time, and laughed, because that is why he told me to look him up years ago. I knew his songs, but until that moment i had not put two and two together, because honestly naturally i am a blonde. Also, really nearsighted, so I couldn’t see his face to know it was him singing known at winter jam. But was like telling the random strangers next to me how much I loved that song and made a joyful noise unto the Lord as I belted it loudly to Him. Lol. Anyways, I will never forget that amazing memory that God blessed me with.
*Wait, I can’t remember if it was known or hills and valleys but either way…I belted one or both. That night.
On a side note, Randomly, a few special ladies prayed and gifted me with the ticket, a ride, and a cd of my choice that night, which i felt like i could not take, but they said they were following God’s will so i finally did accept it. I wish I would have chose his cd that night, I was torn between so many to be honest, but I was married to a nonchristian at that time, and felt led by God to get the skillet one instead and it got me through tough times especially with my depression, and he liked it, too so I feel like at least a seed was planted. But wow, I wish I would have put two and two together then, but In God’s perfect timing, I finally did.
