The final product looks nice and maybe is tasty…
But sorry and please don’t crucify me, because his kitchen does not look nice at all…
I mean just look at the wall where the fryer is for example.
It looks like ist has not been cleaned for at least 5 month or so.
Not to mention the hot onions, that are put in the fridge right after beeing cooked on the floor…
Ok I get it that his shop is not a 3 star restaurant, but there are hygienic standards that nearly everyone in the 1st world is capable of managing.
Some spaces at his shop, should be at least steam cleaned to be honest…..
